1Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo: And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:2“Di a los hijos de Israel que me traigan una ofrenda. De todo aquel a quien mueva su corazón aceptarás para Mí ofrendas. “Speak to the sons of Israel, so that they may take the first-fruits to me. You shall accept these from every man who offers of his own accord.3Estas son las ofrendas que tomaréis de ellos: Oro, plata y bronce; Now these are the things that you must accept: Gold, and silver, and brass,4jacinto, púrpura escarlata y carmesí, lino fino y pelo de cabra; hyacinth and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, and fine linen, the hair of goats,5pieles de carnero teñidas de rojo y pieles de tejón, madera de acacia; and the skins of rams, dyed red, and skins of violet, and setim wood,6aceite para el candelabro, especias aromáticas para el óleo de la unción y para el incienso de perfumes; oil to prepare lights, aromatics as ointments and sweet-smelling incense,7piedras de ónice y piedras de engaste para el efod y el pectoral. onyx stones and gems to adorn the ephod as well as the breastplate.8Pues me han de hacer un Santuario, y Yo habitaré en medio de ellos. And they shall make a sanctuary for me, and I will live in their midst.9Conforme a todo lo que te voy a mostrar, conforme al modelo del Tabernáculo y según el modelo de todos sus utensilios, lo haréis.” According to exact likeness of the tabernacle, and all of the vessels for its rituals, that I will reveal to you, so shall you make it.10“Se fabricará un Arca de madera de acacia, de dos codos y medio de largo, codo y medio de ancho, y codo y medio de alto. Join together an ark of setim wood, whose length shall hold two and one half cubits; the width, one and one half cubits; the height, likewise, one and one half cubits.11La cubrirás de oro puro; por dentro y por fuera la cubrirás; una guirnalda de oro la rodeará por el borde superior. And you shall overlay it with the finest gold, inside and out. And over it, you shall fashion a gold crown all around,12Fundirás para ella cuatro anillos de oro, que pondrás en sus cuatro ángulos, dos anillos a un costado, y dos anillos al otro costado. and four gold rings, which you shall set into the four corners of the ark. Let two rings be on one side and two on the other.13Harás también varas de madera de acacia, las cuales cubrirás de oro; Likewise, you shall make bars of setim wood and cover them with gold.14y pasarás las varas por los anillos de los costados del Arca, para llevar el Arca con ellas. And you shall put them through the rings that are in the sides of the ark, so that it may be carried on them.15Las varas deben permanecer en los anillos del Arca, y no se sacarán de allí. These must always be in the rings, neither shall they ever be drawn out of them.16Y dentro del Arca pondrás el Testimonio que Yo te voy a dar.” And you shall place the testimony, which I will give to you, in the ark.17“Harás asimismo un propiciatorio de oro puro, de dos codos y medio de largo y codo y medio de ancho. You shall also make a propitiatory of the finest gold. Its length shall hold two and one half cubits, and the width, one and one half cubits.18Harás, además, dos querubines de oro; los harás de oro labrado a martillo, en los dos extremos del propiciatorio. Likewise, you shall make two Cherubim of formed gold, on both sides of the oracle.19Haz un querubín en un extremo y el otro querubín en el otro extremo. Haréis los querubines de tal manera que formen una sola pieza con el propiciatorio, a sus dos extremos. Let one Cherub be on the one side, and the other be on the other.20Los querubines estarán con sus alas extendidas hacia arriba, cubriendo con ellas el propiciatorio, uno frente al otro y con las caras vueltas hacia el propiciatorio. And let them cover both sides of the propitiatory, spreading their wings and covering the oracle, and let them look out toward one another, their faces being turned toward the propitiatory, with which the ark is to be covered,21Pondrás el propiciatorio sobre el Arca, y dentro del Arca el Testimonio que Yo te daré. in which you will place the testimony that I will give to you.22Allí me encontraré contigo, y desde encima del propiciatorio, de en medio de los dos querubines colocados sobre el Arca del Testimonio, te intimaré todas mis órdenes para los hijos, de Israel.” From there, I will warn you and speak to you, above the propitiatory and from the middle of the two Cherubim, which will be over the ark of the testimony, about everything that I will command of the sons of Israel through you.23“Harás también una mesa de madera de acacia, de dos codos de largo, un codo de ancho, y codo y medio de alto. You shall also make a table of setim wood, having two cubits of length, and one cubit in width, and one cubit and one half cubits in height.24La cubrirás de oro puro y le pondrás una guirnalda de oro alrededor. And you shall overlay it with the purest gold. And you shall make it with a gold lip all around,25Le harás también en torno un listón de un palmo y una guirnalda de oro alrededor del listón. and for the lip itself an engraved crown, four fingers high, and above it another little gold crown.26Y le harás cuatro anillos de oro, y pondrás los anillos en los cuatro ángulos correspondientes a sus cuatro pies. Likewise, you shall prepare four gold rings and set them in the four corners of the same table, over each foot.27Los anillos estarán cerca del listón, para meter por ellos las varas, a fin de llevar la mesa. Under the crown, there shall be gold rings, so that the bars may be put through them and the table may be carried.28Fabricarás las varas de madera de acacia, y las cubrirás de oro. Con ellas se llevará la mesa. Likewise, the bars themselves you shall make of setim wood, and surround them with gold, to lift up the table.29Harás también sus platos, sus cucharones, sus copas y sus tazas con que se han de hacer las libaciones. De oro puro los harás. You shall also prepare small cups, as well as bowls, censers, and measuring cups, with which the libations shall be offered, out of the purest gold.30Y sobre la mesa pondrás perpetuamente delante de Mí el pan de la proposición.” And you shall place upon the table the bread of the presence, in my sight always.31“Harás también un candelabro de oro puro. El candelabro se haga de oro labrado a martillo. Su pie, su tallo, sus cálices, sus botones y sus flores serán de una sola pieza. You shall also make a lampstand, formed from the finest gold, along with its stem and arms, its bowl and little spheres, as well as the lilies proceeding from it.32Seis brazos saldrán de sus lados: de un lado tres brazos del candelabro, y del otro lado otros tres brazos. Six branches shall go out from the sides: three out of one side and three out of the other.33El primer brazo tendrá tres cálices en forma de flor de almendro (cada una), con un botón y una flor; también el segundo brazo tendrá tres cálices en forma de flor de almendro, con un botón y una flor; y así los seis brazos que salen del candelabro. Three bowls, the size of nuts, shall be on each branch, and a little sphere with it, and a lily. And three similar bowls, in the likeness of nuts, shall be on the other branch, and a little sphere with it, and a lily. This shall be the form of the six branches, which are to proceed from the stem.34En el tallo del candelabro habrá cuatro cálices en forma de flor de almendro, con sus botones y sus flores. Then, in the lampstand itself, there shall be four bowls, the size of nuts, and each with little spheres and lilies.35Habrá en el tallo un botón debajo de los dos brazos (inferiores) que salen de él, y un botón debajo de (otros) dos de los brazos que salen de él, y un botón debajo de los dos brazos (superiores) que salen de él, según el número de los seis brazos que salen del candelabro. Little spheres under two branches in three places, which together make six, shall proceed from one of the stems.36Sus botones y sus brazos serán de una sola pieza. Todo ello será una sola masa labrada a martillo, de oro puro. Thus both the little spheres and the branches shall be made out of the same thing: entirely formed from the purest gold.37Harás para él siete lámparas, y colocarás esas lámparas de tal manera que alumbren la parte delante (del candelabro). You shall also make seven lamps, and you shall place them upon the lampstand, so that they may give light in every direction.38Sus despabiladeras y sus cazoletas serán de oro puro. Likewise, the candle snuffers, and the place where the candles will be extinguished, shall be made from the purest gold.39Un talento de oro puro se empleará para hacer el candelabro con todos estos utensilios. The entire weight of the candlestick, with all its parts, shall hold one talent of the purest gold.40Y mira que lo hagas según modelo que te ha sido mostrado en el monte.” Observe, and then make it according to the example that was shown to you on the mountain.”
