1Respondió Yahvé a Moisés: “Ahora verás lo que voy a hacer al Faraón; porque por mano poderosa los dejará salir, y debido a una mano fuerte los arrojará él mismo de su país.” And the Lord said to Moses: “Now you will see what I shall do to Pharaoh. For through a strong hand he will release them, and by a mighty hand he will cast them from his land.”2Y habló Dios a Moisés y le dijo: “Yo soy Yahvé; And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: “I am the Lord,3Me aparecí a Abrahán, a Isaac y a Jacob como Dios Todopoderoso; mas con mi nombre de Yahvé no me di a conocer a ellos. who appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as Almighty God. And I did not reveal to them my name: ADONAI.4Establecí también mi pacto con ellos, para darles la tierra de Canaán, la tierra de sus peregrinaciones, donde moraban como extranjeros. And I formed a covenant with them, in order to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their sojourning, in which they were newcomers.5He oído el gemido de los hijos de Israel, a quienes los egipcios han reducido a servidumbre, y tengo presente mi pacto. I have heard the groaning of the sons of Israel, with which the Egyptians have oppressed them. And I have remembered my covenant.6Por tanto, di a los hijos de Israel: Yo soy Yahvé; Yo os sacaré de debajo de las cargas de los egipcios, os libertaré de su esclavitud y os salvaré con brazo extendido y con grandes juicios. For this reason, say to the sons of Israel: I am the Lord who will lead you away from the work house of the Egyptians, and rescue you from servitude, and also redeem you with an exalted arm and great judgments.7Yo os adoptaré por pueblo mío, y seré vuestro Dios; y conoceréis que Yo soy Yahvé, vuestro Dios, que os sacaré de la esclavitud de Egipto. And I will take you to myself as my people, and I will be your God. And you will know that I am the Lord your God, who led you away from the work house of the Egyptians,8Yo os llevaré a la tierra que he jurado dar a Abrahán, a Isaac y a Jacob, y os la daré en heredad. Yo Yahvé.” and who brought you into the land, over which I lifted up my hand in order to grant it to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And I will grant it to you as a possession. I am the Lord.”9Habló, pues, Moisés de esta manera a los hijos de Israel; pero ellos no escucharon a Moisés, por cortedad de espíritu, y a causa de la dura servidumbre. And so, Moses explained all these things to the sons of Israel, who did not agree with him, because of their anguish of spirit and very difficult work.10Habló entonces Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo: And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:11“Ve a hablar con el Faraón, rey de Egipto, para que deje salir a los hijos de Israel fuera de su territorio.” “Enter and speak to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, so that he may release the sons of Israel from his land.”12Respondió Moisés en la presencia de Yahvé, y dijo: “Mira, los hijos de Israel no me escuchan; ¿cómo me va a escuchar el Faraón, a mí que soy incircunciso de labios?” Moses responded in the sight the Lord: “Behold, the sons of Israel do not listen to me. And how will Pharaoh listen to me, especially since I am of uncircumcised lips?”13Entonces habló Yahvé a Moisés y a Aarón, y les dio órdenes para los hijos de Israel y para el Faraón, rey de Egipto, a fin de sacar del país de Egipto a los hijos de Israel. And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, and he gave them a commandment for the sons of Israel, and for Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, that they should lead the sons of Israel away from the land of Egypt.14Estos son los jefes de sus casas paternas: Hijos de Rubén, primogénito de Israel: Henoc, Falú, Hesrón y Carmí. Estas son las familias de Rubén. These are the leaders of the houses by their families. The sons of Reuben, the firstborn of Israel: Hanoch and Pallu, Hezron and Carmi.15Hijos de Simeón: Jemuel, Jamín, Ohad, Jaquín, Sóhar y Saúl, hijo de la cananea. Estas son las familias de Simeón. These are the kindred of Reuben. The sons of Simeon: Jemuel and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul, the son of a Canaanite women. These are the progeny of Simeon.16Y estos son los nombres de los hijos de Leví por sus linajes: Gersón, Caat y Merarí. Y los años de la vida de Leví fueron ciento treinta y siete años. And these are the names of the sons of Levi by their kindred: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari. Now the years of the life of Levi were one hundred and thirty-seven.17Hijos de Gersón: Lobní y Semeí, según sus familias. The sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei, by their kindred.18Hijos de Caat: Amram, Ishar, Hebrón y Uciel. Los años de la vida de Caat fueron ciento treinta y tres años. The sons of Kohath: Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron and Uzziel. Likewise, the years of the life of Kohath were one hundred and thirty-three.19Hijos de Merarí: Mahelí y Musí. Estas son las familias de los levitas, por sus linajes. The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. These are the kindred of Levi by their families.20Amram tomó por mujer a Jocábed, su tía, de la cual le nacieron Aarón y Moisés. Y los años de la vida de Amram fueron ciento treinta y siete. Now Amram took as a wife Jochebed, his paternal aunt, who bore for him Aaron and Moses. And the years of the life of Amram were one hundred and thirty-seven.21Hijos de Ishar: Coré, Néfeg y Sicrí. Likewise, the sons of Izhar: Korah, and Nepheg, and Zichri.22Hijos de Uciel: Misael, Elsafán y Sitrí. Likewise, the sons of Uzziel: Mishael, and Elzaphan, and Sithri.23Aarón tomó por mujer a Elisabet, hija de Aminadab, hermana de Naasón; de la cual le nacieron Nadab, Abiú, Eleazar e Itamar. Now Aaron took as a wife Elizabeth, the daughter of Amminadab, sister of Nahshon, who bore for him Nadab, and Abihu, and Eleazar, and Ithamar.24Hijos de Coré: Asir, Elcaná y Abiasaf. Estas son las familias de los coreítas. Likewise, the sons of Korah: Assir, and Elkanah, and Abiasaph. These are the kindred of the Korahites.25Eleazar, hijo de Aarón tomó por mujer a una de las hijas de Futiel, y de ella nació Fineés. Estos son los jefes de las casas de los levitas, según sus familias. And truly Eleazar, the son of Aaron, took a wife from the daughters of Putiel. And she bore him Phinehas. These are the heads of the Levitical families by their kindred.26Estos, pues, son aquel Aarón y aquel Moisés a quienes dijo Yahvé: “Sacad a los hijos de Israel de la tierra de Egipto, según sus escuadras.” These are Aaron and Moses, whom the Lord instructed to lead the sons of Israel away from the land of Egypt by their companies.27Estos son los que hablaron al Faraón, rey de Egipto, para sacar de Egipto a los hijos de Israel. Estos son Moisés y Aarón. These are those who speak to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, in order to lead the sons of Israel out of Egypt. These are Moses and Aaron,28Y sucedió que en el día en que Yahvé habló a Moisés en el país de Egipto, in the day when the Lord spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt.29le habló en estos términos: “Yo soy Yahvé; di al Faraón, rey de Egipto, todo lo que Yo te digo.” And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: “I am the Lord. Speak to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, all that I speak to you.”30Y Moisés respondió ante Yahvé: “Mira, yo soy incircunciso de labios. ¿Cómo me va a escuchar el Faraón?” And Moses said in the sight of the Lord: “Lo, I am of uncircumcised lips, how will Pharaoh listen to me?”
