Oseas 6
1«En su angustia me buscarán (diciendo): Venid, volvámonos a Yahvé, In their tribulation, they will arise early to me. Come, let us return to the Lord.2pues Él (nos) ha desgarrado, y Él nos sanará; Él ha herido, y nos vendará. For he has seized us, and he will heal us. He will strike, and he will cure us.3Nos devolverá la vida después de dos días, y al tercero nos resucitará, y viviremos en su presencia. Conoceremos y-no desistiremos de conocer a Yahvé. Su venida es cierta como el alba; nos visitará como la lluvia, como la lluvia tardía que riega la tierra». He will revive us after two days; on the third day he will raise us up, and we will live in his sight. We will understand, and we will continue on, so that we may know the Lord. His landing place has been prepared like the first light of morning, and he will come to us like the early and the late rains of the land.4¿Qué haré contigo, oh Efraím? ¿Qué haré contigo, oh Judá? Vuestra piedad es como la nube de la mañana, desaparece como el rocío de la madrugada. What am I to do with you, Ephraim? What am I to do with you, Judah? Your mercy is like the morning mist, and like the dew passing away in the morning.5Por eso los he tajado por medio de los profetas, los he matado por las palabras de mi boca; y tus castigos vendrán como relámpago. Because of this, I have cut them with the prophets, I have slain them with the words of my mouth; and your opinions will depart like the light.6Pues misericordia quiero, y no sacrificio, y conocimiento de Dios más bien que holocaustos. For I desired mercy and not sacrifice, and knowledge of God more than holocausts.7Mas ellos, como Adán han violado la alianza; allí me han sido infieles. But they, like Adam, have transgressed the covenant; in this, they have been dishonest with me.8Galaad es una ciudad de malhechores en que se ven huellas de sangre. Gilead is a city that manufactures idols; it has been tripped up by family relations.9Y como bandidos que acechan a los hombres, así una banda de sacerdotes asesina en el camino de Siquem; verdaderamente obran la maldad. And, like those who rob with skillful words, they, by conspiring with the priests, bring a death sentence to travelers on a pilgrimage from Shechem; for they have been performing evil deeds.10Cosas horribles he visto en la casa de Israel; allí se prostituye Efraím, allí se contamina Israel. I have seen horrible things in the house of Israel; the fornications of Ephraim are there. Israel has been contaminated.11Para ti también, oh Judá, está preparada una siega cuando Yo haga volver a los cautivos de mi pueblo. But you, Judah, set a harvest for yourself, while I reverse the captivity of my people.
