1Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo: And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:2“Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: Las fiestas solemnes de Yahvé, que celebraréis como asambleas santas, son estas: Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them: These are the feasts of the Lord, which you shall call holy.3Seis días se trabajará, mas el séptimo día será día de descanso solemne, asamblea santa, en que no haréis trabajo alguno. Será sábado consagrado a Yahvé dondequiera que habitéis. For six days you shall do work; the seventh day, because it is the rest of the Sabbath, shall be called holy. You shall do no work on that day; it is the Sabbath of the Lord in all your dwelling places.4Estas son las fiestas solemnes de Yahvé, las asambleas santas que habréis de celebrar en las fechas señaladas. Therefore, these are the feasts of the Lord, which you must celebrate in their times.5El mes primero, el día catorce del mes, entre las dos luces, será la Pascua de Yahvé. The first month, the fourteenth day of the month, at evening, is the Passover of the Lord.6El quince de ese mes se celebrará la fiesta de los Ácimos en honor de Yahvé. Durante siete días comeréis panes ácimos. And the fifteenth day of this month is the solemnity of the unleavened bread of the Lord. For seven days shall you eat unleavened bread.7El día primero tendréis asamblea santa; ningún trabajo servil haréis (en él). The first day shall be greatly honored and holy to you; you shall do no servile work in it.8Ofreceréis a Yahvé por siete días sacrificios de combustión. El séptimo día celebraréis asamblea santa; no haréis ningún trabajo servil.” But you shall offer a sacrifice with fire, for seven days, to the Lord. Then the seventh day shall be more honored and more holy; and you shall do no servile work in it.9Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo: And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:10“Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: Cuando, después de entrar en el país que Yo os daré, segareis allí la mies llevareis una gavilla, como primicias de vuestra siega, al sacerdote, Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them: When you will have entered into the land which I will give to you, and you will have harvested your grain fields, you shall carry the sheaves of grain, the first-fruits of your harvest, to the priest.11el cual mecerá la gavilla; delante de Yahvé, para que os sea favorable. El día siguiente al sábado la mecerá el sacerdote. He shall lift up a sheaf before the Lord, on the day after the Sabbath, so that it may be acceptable for you, and he shall sanctify it.12Ese mismo día en que meciereis la gavilla, sacrificaréis un cordero primal, sin tacha, en holocausto a Yahvé, And on the same day that the sheaf is consecrated, a one-year-old immaculate lamb shall be slain as a holocaust of the Lord.13juntamente con su oblación consistente en dos décimas de flor de harina amasada con aceite, como ofrenda quemada en olor grato para Yahvé. Su libación será de vino, un cuarto de hin. And the libations shall be offered with it: two-tenths of fine wheat flour sprinkled with oil, as an incense and a most sweet odor for the Lord; likewise, libations of wine, the fourth part of a hin.14No comeréis pan, ni grano tostado, ni espigas nuevas, antes de este mismo día, antes de traer la ofrenda de vuestro Dios. Ley perpetua será esta de generación en generación dondequiera que habitéis. Bread, and parched grain, and boiled grain, you shall not eat from the grain field, until the day when you shall offer from it to your God. It is an everlasting precept in your generations and in all of your dwelling places.15Contaréis siete semanas enteras desde el día siguiente al sábado, (o sea) desde el día en que habréis ofrecido la gavilla de la ofrenda mecida, Therefore, you shall number from the day after the Sabbath, in which you offered a sheaf of the first-fruits, seven full weeks,16hasta el día siguiente al séptimo sábado —serán cincuenta días— y entonces ofreceréis a Yahvé una nueva oblación. all the way to the day after the completion of the seventh week, that is, fifty days, and then you shall offer a new sacrifice to the Lord,17Traeréis de vuestras casas para ofrenda mecida dos panes, hechos con dos décimas de flor de harina, y cocidos con levadura, como primicias a Yahvé. from all of your dwelling places: two loaves from the first-fruits, from two-tenths of leavened fine wheat flour, which you shall bake as the first-fruits of the Lord.18Juntamente con el pan ofreceréis en holocausto a Yahvé siete corderos primales sin tacha, un becerro y dos carneros, con su ofrenda y sus libaciones, en sacrificio de combustión, de olor grato a Yahvé. And you shall offer with the bread: seven immaculate one-year-old lambs, and one calf from the herd, and two rams, and these shall be a holocaust, with their libations, as a most sweet odor to the Lord.19Ofreceréis también un macho cabrío como sacrificio por el pecado, y dos corderos primales como sacrificio pacífico. You shall also offer a he-goat for sin, and two one-year-old lambs as victims of peace offerings.20El sacerdote los mecerá, como ofrenda mecida ante Yahvé, juntamente con el pan de las primicias y con los dos corderos; serán santos a Yahvé y pertenecerán al sacerdote. And when the priest has lifted them up with the loaves of the first-fruits, in the sight of the Lord, they shall fall to his use.21Ese mismo día celebraréis una asamblea santa, y no haréis ningún trabajo servil. Ley perpetua será esta de generación en generación dondequiera que habitéis. And you shall call this day most honored and most holy; you shall do no servile work in it. It shall be an everlasting ordinance in all your dwelling places and generations.22Cuando segareis la mies de vuestra tierra, no segarás los límites extremos de tu campo, ni recogerás las espigas de tu mies; las dejarás para el pobre y para el extranjero. Yo soy Yahvé, vuestro Dios.” And when you will have harvested the grain fields of your land, you shall not cut it down all the way to the ground; neither shall you gather the remnants of the ears of grain, but you shall leave these for paupers and strangers. I am the Lord your God.23Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo: And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:24“Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: En el mes séptimo, el primero del mes, tendréis un descanso solemne, una fiesta memorable con toque de trompetas, una asamblea santa. Say to the sons of Israel: The seventh month, the first day of the month, shall be a Sabbath for you, a memorial, with the sounding of trumpets, and it shall be called holy.25Ningún trabajo servil haréis, y ofreceréis a Yahvé un sacrificio de combustión.” You shall do no servile work in it, and you shall offer a holocaust to the Lord.26Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo: And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:27“El día décimo de este séptimo mes será el día de la Expiación, en el cual tendréis asamblea santa; os mortificaréis y ofreceréis a Yahvé un sacrificio de combustión. The tenth day of this seventh month shall be the day of atonement; it shall be most honored, and it shall be called holy. And you shall afflict your souls on that day, and you shall offer a holocaust to the Lord.28No haréis en ese día ningún trabajo, pues es día de expiación, en el cual se ha de hacer la expiación por vosotros delante de Yahvé, vuestro Dios. You shall do no servile work in the time of this day; for it is a day of propitiation, so that the Lord your God may be merciful to you.29Toda persona que en ese día no se mortifique será extirpada de entre su pueblo. Every soul that has not been afflicted on this day shall perish from his people,30Y toda persona que en tal día hiciere un trabajo cualquiera, Yo la extirparé de entre su pueblo. and anyone who will have done work, I shall wipe him away from his people.31No haréis, pues, trabajo alguno. Es ley perpetua durante vuestras generaciones dondequiera que habitéis. Therefore, you shall do no work on that day. This shall be an everlasting ordinance for you in all your generations and dwelling places.32Os será sábado de descanso absoluto, en el cual mortificaréis vuestras almas. El día nueve del mes, comenzando por la tarde, de una tarde a la otra, guardaréis vuestro descanso.” It is a Sabbath of rest, and you shall afflict your souls beginning on the ninth day of the month: from evening until evening you shall celebrate your Sabbaths.33Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo: And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:34“Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: El día quince de ese séptimo mes (celebraréis) durante siete días la fiesta de los Tabernáculos en honor de Yahvé. Say to the sons of Israel: From the fifteenth day of this seventh month, there shall be the Feast of Tabernacles: seven days for the Lord.35El día primero habrá asamblea santa y no haréis ningún trabajo servil. The first day shall be called most honored and most holy; you shall do no servile work in it.36Durante siete días ofreceréis a Yahvé sacrificios de combustión. El día octavo tendréis asamblea santa y ofreceréis a Yahvé un sacrificio de combustión. Es asamblea solemne. No haréis ningún trabajo servil. And for seven days you shall offer holocausts to the Lord. Likewise, the eighth day shall be most honored and most holy, and you shall offer holocausts to the Lord. For it is the day of assembly and gathering. You shall do no servile work in it.37Estas son las fiestas de Yahvé en que habéis de convocar para asamblea santa y ofrecer a Yahvé sacrificios de combustión, holocaustos, oblaciones, víctimas y libaciones; cada cosa en el día señalado, These are the feasts of the Lord, which you shall call most honored and most holy, and in them you shall offer oblations to the Lord: holocausts and libations according to the rite of each particular day,38sin contar los sábados de Yahvé, vuestros dones, todos vuestros votos y todas vuestras oblaciones voluntarias que ofrezcáis a Yahvé. aside from the Sabbaths of the Lord, and your donations, and that which you offer by a vow, or which you give to the Lord spontaneously.39Celebraréis, pues, el día quince de este séptimo mes, después de haber recolectado los frutos de la tierra, la fiesta en honor de Yahvé durante siete días. El primer día será sábado solemne e igualmente el octavo. Therefore, from the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you will have gathered together all the fruits of your land, you shall celebrate the feast of the Lord for seven days. The first day and the eighth day shall be a Sabbath, that is, a day of rest.40El primer día tomaréis frutos de árboles hermosos, gajos de palmeras, ramos de árboles frondosos y sauces del arroyo; y os regocijaréis en la presencia de Yahvé, vuestro Dios, por espacio de siete días. And you shall take for yourselves, on the first day, the fruits of the most beautiful tree, and branches of palm trees, and branches of trees with thick foliage, and willows from the torrent. And you shall rejoice in the sight of the Lord your God.41Celebraréis esta fiesta en honor de Yahvé siete días cada año. Será ley perpetua de generación en generación. En el séptimo mes la celebraréis. And you shall celebrate its solemnity for seven days each year. This shall be an everlasting ordinance in your generations. In the seventh month, you shall celebrate the feast,42Durante siete días habitaréis en tabernáculos. Todos los nativos de Israel habitarán bajo tabernáculos, and you shall live under shelters for seven days. All who are of the family of Israel shall dwell in tabernacles,43para que sepan vuestros hijos que Yo hice habitar bajo tabernáculos a los hijos de Israel cuando los saqué de la tierra de Egipto. Yo soy Yahvé, vuestro Dios.” so that your posterity may learn that I caused the sons of Israel to live in tabernacles, when I led them away from the land of Egypt. I am the Lord your God.44Moisés promulgó estas fiestas de Yahvé a los hijos de Israel. And Moses spoke about the solemnities of the Lord to the sons of Israel.
