Levítico 7
1Esta es la ley del sacrificio por el delito. Es cosa santísima. Likewise, this is the law of the sacrifice for a transgression. It is the Holy of holies.2En el lugar donde se inmola el holocausto, será inmolada la víctima por el delito, y su sangre será derramada sobre el altar todo en derredor. Therefore, where the holocaust is immolated, the victim for a transgression shall also be slain. Its blood shall be poured out all around the altar.3Se ofrecerá de ella todo el sebo, la cola, el sebo que cubre las entrañas, They shall offer from it: the rump, and the fat that covers the vital organs,4los dos riñones, el sebo que los cubre, el que está sobre los ijares, y la telilla del hígado, que se cortará de junto a los riñones. the two little kidneys, and the fat that is near the sides, and the mesh of the liver with the little kidneys.5El sacerdote lo quemará sobre el altar, como sacrificio que se ofrece a Yahvé por el fuego. Este es el sacrificio por el delito. And the priest shall burn them upon the altar. It is the incense of the Lord on behalf of a transgression.6Todos los varones de entre los sacerdotes podrán comerlo; en lugar sagrado se lo comerá. Es cosa santísima. Every male of priestly descent shall feed on this flesh in a holy place, because it is the Holy of holies.7El sacrificio por el pecado y el sacrificio por el delito se rigen por la misma ley. La víctima pertenece al sacerdote que hace la expiación con ella. Just as the sacrifice for sin is offered, so also for a transgression; one law shall be for both sacrifices. It shall belong to the priest who offers it.8El sacerdote que ofrece el holocausto de una persona, se quedará con la piel de la víctima que haya ofrecido. The priest who offers the victim of holocaust shall have its skin.9También toda oblación cocida al horno, y toda preparada en cazuela o en sartén, es del sacerdote que la ofrece. And every sacrifice of fine wheat flour which is baked in the oven, and whatever is prepared on the oven grating or in the frying pan, shall be for the priest who offers it.10Mas toda oblación amasada con aceite, o seca, será de todos los hijos de Aarón, en porciones iguales.” Whether these will be sprinkled with oil, or left dry, an equal measure shall be divided to each one of the sons of Aaron.11“Esta es la ley del sacrificio pacífico que se ofrece a Yahvé. This is the law of the victim of peace offerings, which is offered to the Lord.12Si se ofrece en acción de gracias, se ofrecerán, juntamente con el sacrificio de acción de gracias, tortas sin levadura amasadas con aceite, galletas ácimas untadas de aceite y tortas de flor de harina amasadas con aceite. If the oblation will be an act for giving thanks, they shall offer bread without leaven sprinkled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and fine wheat flour fried, and cakes sprinkled and mixed with oil,13Además de las tortas podrán ofrecerse como oblación, pan fermentado, juntamente con su sacrificio pacífico de acción de gracias. and also, leavened bread with the sacrifice of thanksgiving, which is immolated for peace offerings.14Se presentará a Yahvé una porción de cada una de estas oblaciones, como ofrenda alzada, que corresponderá al sacerdote que derramare la sangre del sacrificio pacífico. Of these, one shall be offered to the Lord as the first-fruits, and one shall be for the priest who will pour out the blood of the victim.15La carne del sacrificio pacífico en acción de gracias será comida en el día de su oblación, sin dejar nada de ella para el día siguiente. The flesh of it shall be eaten on the same day; neither shall any of it remain until morning.16Si el sacrificio se ofrece en cumplimiento de un voto, o como oblación voluntaria, se comerá el día mismo en que fuere ofrecido, y lo que de él sobrare podrá comerse al día siguiente. If anyone, by a vow or of his own accord, will have offered a sacrifice, it shall be eaten in a similar manner on the same day. But then if any of it will have remained until tomorrow, it is lawful to eat it.17Mas lo que de la carne del sacrificio quedare hasta el tercer día, será quemada. Then whatever will be found on the third day shall be consumed with fire.18Si alguno comiere de la carne de su sacrificio pacífico el día tercero; su sacrificio no será acepto; no se le computará al oferente del mismo; antes será abominación; y el que comiere de ella llevará su iniquidad. If anyone will have eaten from the flesh of the victim of peace offerings on the third day, the oblation will be nullified; neither will it benefit the one who offered it. But instead, whatever soul will contaminate itself with such foods will be guilty of a betrayal.19La carne que tocare cualquier cosa inmunda no podrá comerse; será entregada al fuego. Mas la carne (incontaminada) cualquier persona pura podrá comerla. The flesh that has touched anything unclean shall not be eaten, but it shall be burnt with fire. He that is clean will feed on it.20Quien, siendo impuro, coma carne del sacrificio pacífico presentado a Yahvé, será exterminado de entre su pueblo. If a soul which is polluted will have eaten from the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which is offered to the Lord, he shall perish from his people.21Y el que tocare cualquier cosa inmunda, por ejemplo, inmundicia de hombre, o bestia inmunda, o inmundicia de cualquier otra abominación impura, y luego comiere de la carne del sacrificio pacífico ofrecido a Yahvé, será extirpado de entre su pueblo.” And whoever will have touched the uncleanness of man, or of beast, or of anything which is able to defile, and who will have eaten from this kind of flesh, shall be cut off from his people.22Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo: And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:23“Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: No comeréis sebo de buey, ni de oveja, ni de cabra. Say to the sons of Israel: The fat of a sheep, and of an ox, and of a goat you shall not eat.24El sebo de animal muerto o destrozado (por fieras) podrá servir para cualquier uso, pero en modo alguno lo comeréis. The fat of a carcass that has died on its own, or of an animal that has been seized by a wild beast, you shall have for various uses.25Porque todo aquel que coma sebo de animal que suele quemarse en honor de Yahvé, será extirpado de entre su pueblo. If anyone will have eaten the fat which ought to be offered as a burnt sacrifice of the Lord, he shall perish from his people.26Tampoco comeréis sangre, ni de ave, ni de cuadrúpedo, en ninguno de los lugares en que habitareis. Likewise, you shall not take as food the blood of any animals at all, whether of birds or beasts.27Todo el que comiere cualquier clase de sangre, será extirpado de entre su pueblo.” Every soul that will have eaten blood shall perish from his people.28Habló Yahvé a Moisés, diciendo: And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:29“Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: Quien ofreciere a Yahvé su sacrificio pacífico, entregue a Yahvé una porción de su sacrificio pacífico. Speak to the sons of Israel, saying: Whoever offers a victim of peace offerings to the Lord, let him also offer at the same time a sacrifice, that is, its libations.30Con sus mismas manos ofrecerá lo que se ha de quemar en honor de Yahvé: presentará él mismo el sebo y el pecho; el pecho para mecerlo como ofrenda mecida ante Yahvé. He shall hold in his hands the fat of the victim, and the breast. And when he will have offered and consecrated both to the Lord, he shall deliver them to the priest,31El sacerdote quemará el sebo del sacrificio en el altar, el pecho, empero, será para Aarón y sus hijos. who shall burn the fat upon the altar. But the breast shall be for Aaron and his sons.32También daréis al sacerdote, como ofrenda alzada, la pierna derecha de vuestros sacrificios pacíficos. Likewise also, the right shoulder of the victim of peace offerings shall fall to the priest as first-fruits.33Aquel de los hijos de Aarón que ofrezca la sangre de los sacrificios pacíficos y el sebo, tendrá la pierna derecha como porción. Among the sons of Aaron, whoever will have offered the blood and the fat, the same one shall also have the right shoulder for his portion.34Pues Yo tomo de los sacrificios pacíficos de los hijos de Israel el pecho mecido y la espaldilla alzada, y se los doy al sacerdote Aarón y a sus hijos como derecho perpetuo de parte de los hijos de Israel. So then, the breast that is lifted up, and the shoulder that is separated, I have taken from the sons of Israel, from their victims of peace offerings, and I have given these to Aaron the priest and to his sons, as a law in perpetuity, from all the people of Israel.35Esta es la porción de Aarón y la de sus hijos, que les corresponde de los sacrificios que se queman en honor de Yahvé, desde el día en que los constituyó sacerdotes de Yahvé.” This is the anointing of Aaron and his sons, by the ceremonies of the Lord, in the day when Moses offered them, so that they may fulfill the priesthood,36Por lo cual mandó Yahvé que los hijos de Israel les dieran esto desde el día en que los ungió, como derecho perpetuo de generación en generación. and this is what the Lord instructed to be given to them by the sons of Israel, as a perpetual observance in their generations.37Tal es la ley del holocausto, de la oblación, del sacrificio por el pecado, del sacrificio por el delito, de la consagración y del sacrificio pacífico, This is the law of the holocaust, and of the sacrifice for sin, and for transgression, and for consecration, and for the victims of peace offerings,38que Yahvé prescribió a Moisés en el monte Sinaí, el día en que mandó a los hijos de Israel que ofrecieran sus oblaciones a Yahvé en el desierto de Sinaí. which the Lord appointed to Moses on mount Sinai, when he commanded the sons of Israel to offer their oblations to the Lord in the desert of Sinai.
