Salmos 35
1Al maestro de coro. De David, siervo de Dios. Unto the end. To the servant of the Lord, David himself.2La rebeldía instiga al impío en su corazón; a sus ojos no hay temor de Dios. The unjust one has said within himself that he would commit offenses. There is no fear of God before his eyes.3Por tanto, se lisonjea en su mente de que su culpa no será hallada ni aborrecida. For he has acted deceitfully in his sight, such that his iniquity will be found to be hatred.4Las palabras de su boca son malicia y fraude, no se cuida de entender para obrar bien. The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit. He is unwilling to understand, so that he may act well.5En su lecho medita la iniquidad; anda siempre en malos caminos. La maldad no le causa horror. He has been considering iniquity on his bed. He has set himself on every way that is not good; moreover, he has not hated evil.6Yahvé, tu misericordia toca el cielo; tu fidelidad, las nubes. Lord, your mercy is in heaven, and your truth is even to the clouds.7Tu justicia es alta como los montes de Dios; profundos como el mar, tus juicios. Tú, Yahvé, socorres al hombre y al animal. Your justice is like the mountains of God. Your judgments are a great abyss. Men and beasts, you will save, O Lord.8¡Cuán preciosa es, oh Dios, tu largueza! los hijos de los hombres se abrigan a la sombra de tus alas. How you have multiplied your mercy, O God! And so the sons of men will hope under the cover of your wings.9Se sacian con la abundancia de tu casa, y los embriagas en el río de tus delicias. They will be inebriated with the fruitfulness of your house, and you will give them to drink from the torrent of your enjoyment.10Pues en Ti está la fuente de la vida, y en tu luz vemos la luz. For with you is the fountain of life; and within your light, we will see the light.11Despliega tu bondad sobre los que te conocen, y tu justicia sobre los de corazón recto. Extend your mercy before those who know you, and your justice to these, who are upright in heart.12No me aplaste el pie del soberbio ni me haga vacilar la mano del impío. May arrogant feet not approach me, and may the hand of the sinner not disturb me.13He aquí derribados a los obradores de la iniquidad, caídos para no levantarse más. In that place, those who work iniquity have fallen. They have been expelled; they were not able to stand.
