1Al maestro de coro. Para flautas. Salmo de David. Unto the end. For her who pursues the inheritance. A Psalm of David.2Presta oído a mis palabras, oh Yahvé, atiende a mi gemido; O Lord, listen closely to my words. Understand my outcry.3advierte la voz de mi oración, oh Rey mío y Dios mío; Attend to the voice of my prayer, my King and my God.4porque es a Ti a quien ruego, Yahvé. Desde la mañana va mi voz hacia Ti; temprano te presento mi oración y aguardo. For to you, I will pray. In the morning, Lord, you will hear my voice.5Tú no eres un Dios que se complazca en la maldad; el malvado no habita contigo, In the morning, I will stand before you, and I will see. For you are not a God who wills iniquity.6ni los impíos permanecen en tu presencia. Aborreces a todos los que obran iniquidades; And the malicious will not dwell close to you, nor will the unjust endure before your eyes.7Tú destruyes a todos los que hablan mentiras; del hombre sanguinario y doble abomina Yahvé. You hate all who work iniquity. You will destroy all who speak a lie. The bloody and deceitful man, the Lord will abominate.8Mas yo, por la abundancia de tu gracia, entraré en tu Casa, en tu santo Templo me postraré con reverencia, oh Yahvé. But I am in the multitude of your mercy. I will enter your house. I will show adoration toward your holy temple, in your fear.9A causa de mis enemigos condúceme en tu justicia, y allana tu camino delante de mí; Lord, lead me in your justice. Because of my enemies, direct my way in your sight.10porque en su boca no hay sinceridad, su corazón trama insidias, sepulcro abierto es su garganta, y adulan con sus lenguas. For there is no truth in their mouth: their heart is vain.11Castígalos, Dios, desbarata sus planes; arrójalos por la multitud de sus crímenes, pues su rebeldía es contra Ti. Their throat is an open sepulcher. They have acted deceitfully with their tongues. Judge them, O God. Let them fall by their own intentions: according to the multitude of their impiety, expel them. For they have provoked you, O Lord.12Alégrense, empero, los que en Ti se refugian; regocíjense para siempre y gocen de tu protección, y gloríense en Ti cuantos aman tu Nombre. But let all those who hope in you rejoice. They will exult in eternity, and you will dwell in them. And all those who love your name will glory in you.13Pues Tú, Yahvé, bendices al justo, y lo rodeas de tu benevolencia como de un escudo. For you will bless the just. You have crowned us, O Lord, as if with a shield of your good will.
