Salmos 65

1Al maestro de coro. Cántico. Salmo. Unto the end. A Canticle Psalm of the Resurrection. Shout joyfully to God, all the earth.2Aclamad a Dios con júbilo, tierras todas; cantad salmos a la gloria de su Nombre; dadle el honor de la alabanza. Proclaim a psalm to his name. Give glory to his praise.3Decid a Dios: “¡Cuan asombrosas son tus obras!” Aun tus enemigos te lisonjean por la grandeza de tu poder. Exclaim to God, “How terrible are your works, O Lord!” According to the fullness of your virtue, your enemies will speak lies about you.4Prostérnese ante Ti la tierra entera y cante tu Nombre. Let all the earth adore you and sing psalms to you. May it sing a psalm to your name.5Venid y contemplad las hazañas de Dios; sublime en sus designios sobre los hombres. Draw near and see the works of God, who is terrible in his counsels over the sons of men.6Trocó en tierra seca el mar; el río fue cruzado a pie enjuto. Alegrémonos en Él. He converts the sea into dry land. They will cross the river on foot. There, we will rejoice in him.7Reina con su poderío para siempre; sus ojos observan a las naciones, para que los rebeldes no levanten cabeza. He rules by his virtue for eternity. His eyes gaze upon the nations. May those who exasperate him, not be exalted in themselves.8Bendecid, oh naciones, a nuestro Dios, y haced resonar su alabanza, Bless our God, you Gentiles, and make the voice of his praise be heard.9porque Él mantuvo en vida a nuestra alma, y no dejó que vacilara nuestro pie. He has set my soul toward life, and he has granted that my feet may not be shaken.10Pues Tú nos probaste, oh Dios, nos probaste por el fuego, como se hace con la plata. For you, O God, have tested us. You have examined us by fire, just as silver is examined.11Nos dejaste caer en el lazo; pusiste un peso aplastante sobre nuestras espaldas. You have led us into a snare. You have placed tribulations on our back.12Hiciste pasar hombres sobre nuestra cabeza; atravesamos por fuego y por agua; mas nos sacaste a refrigerio. You have set men over our heads. We have crossed through fire and water. And you have led us out to refreshment.13Entraré en tu casa con holocausto, y te cumpliré mis votos, I will enter your house with holocausts. I will repay my vows to you,14los que mis labios pronunciaron y prometió mi boca en medio de mi tribulación. which my lips discerned and my mouth spoke, in my tribulation.15Te ofreceré pingües holocaustos, con grosura de carneros; te inmolaré bueyes y cabritillos. I will offer to you holocausts full of marrow, with the burnt offerings of rams. I will offer to you bulls as well as goats.16Venid, escuchad todos los que teméis a Dios; os contaré cuan grandes cosas ha hecho por mí. Draw near and listen, all you who fear God, and I will describe to you how much he has done for my soul.17Clamé hacia Él con mi boca, y su alabanza estaba pronta en mi lengua. I cried out to him with my mouth, and I extolled him under my breath.18Si mi corazón hubiera tenido en vista la iniquidad, el Señor no me habría escuchado; If I have seen iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not heed me.19pero Dios oyó; atendió a la voz de mi plegaria. And yet, God has heeded me and he has attended to the voice of my supplication.20Bendito sea Dios, que no despreció mi oración y no retiró de mí su misericordia. Blessed is God, who has not removed my prayer, nor his mercy, from me.
