Salmos 74
1Al maestro de coro. Sobre la melodía “No dañes”. Salmo de Asaf. Cántico. Unto the end. May you not be corrupted. A Canticle Psalm of Asaph.2Te alabamos, Yahvé, te alabamos; invocamos tu Nombre y narramos tus maravillas. We will confess to you, O God. We will confess, and we will call upon your name. We will describe your wonders.3“Cuando Yo fije la hora, juzgaré según la justicia. While I have time, I will judge justices.4Conmovida la tierra y todos sus habitantes, Yo sustentaré sus columnas.” The earth has been dissolved, with all who dwell in it. I have confirmed its pillars.5Por tanto, digo a los altaneros; “No os ensoberbezcáis”; y a los impíos: “Cesad de engreíros en vuestro poder”; I said to the iniquitous: “Do not act unjustly,” and to the offenders: “Do not exalt the horn.”6no levantéis vuestra cerviz frente al Altísimo, no digáis insolencias contra Dios. Do not exalt your horn on high. Do not speak iniquity against God.7Porque no del oriente ni del occidente, ni del desierto, ni de los montes, viene la justicia, For it is neither from the east, nor from the west, nor before the desert mountains.8sino que es Dios mismo el Juez; a este lo abate y a aquel lo encumbra. For God is judge. This one he humbles and that one he exalts.9Porque en la mano del Señor hay un cáliz de vino espumoso, lleno de mixtura; y de él vierte: lo beberán hasta las heces todos los impíos de la tierra. For, in the hand of the Lord, there is a cup of undiluted wine, full of consternation. And he has tipped it from here to there. So, truly, its dregs have not been emptied. All the sinners of the earth will drink.10Mas yo me gozaré eternamente, cantando salmos al Dios de Jacob. But I will announce it in every age. I will sing to the God of Jacob.11“Y Yo quebrantaré la cerviz de todos los impíos, y alzarán su cerviz los justos.” And I will break all the horns of sinners. And the horns of the just will be exalted.
