Salmos 98
1Reina Yahvé, tiemblan los pueblos. Sentado se ha sobre los querubines; se conmueve la tierra. A Psalm of David himself. The Lord has reigned: let the peoples be angry. He sits upon the cherubim: let the earth be moved.2Grande es Yahvé en Sión, y excelso sobre todos los pueblos. The Lord is great in Zion, and he is high above all peoples.3Celebrado sea tu Nombre, grande y tremendo: ¡Santo es! May they confess to your great name, for it is terrible and holy.4Y sea el honor para el Rey que ama la justicia. Tú has establecido lo que es recto; Tú ejerces la justicia y el imperio en Jacob. And the honor of the king loves judgment. You have prepared guidance. You have accomplished judgment and justice in Jacob.5Ensalzad a Yahvé nuestro Dios, y ante el escabel de sus pies, postraos: ¡Santo es! Exalt the Lord our God, and adore the footstool of his feet, for it is holy.6Moisés y Aarón están entre sus sacerdotes, y Samuel entre los que invocan su Nombre; invocaban a Yahvé y Él los escuchaba. Moses and Aaron are among his priests, and Samuel is among those who call upon his name. They called upon the Lord, and he heeded them.7En la columna de nubes les hablaba; oían sus mandamientos, y la Ley que les dio. He spoke to them in the pillar of the cloud. They kept his testimonies and the precept that he gave them.8Oh Yahvé Dios nuestro, Tú los escuchaste; fuiste para ellos un Dios propicio, bien que castigaste sus infracciones. You heeded them, O Lord our God. You were a forgiving God to them, though taking vengeance on all their inventions.9Ensalzad a Yahvé nuestro Dios, y postraos ante su santo monte, porque Santo es Yahvé, Dios nuestro. Exalt the Lord our God, and adore on his holy mountain. For the Lord our God is holy.
