1Y miré, y he aquí que el Cordero estaba de pie sobre el monte Sión, y con Él ciento cuarenta y cuatro mil que llevaban escrito en sus frentes el nombre de Él y el nombre de su Padre. And I saw, and behold, the Lamb was standing above mount Zion, and with him were one hundred and forty-four thousand, having his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads.2Y oí una voz del cielo, semejante a la voz de muchas aguas, y como el estruendo de un gran trueno; y la voz que oí se parecía a la de citaristas que tañen sus cítaras. And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of a great thunder. And the voice that I heard was like that of singers, while playing on their stringed instruments.3Y cantaban un cántico nuevo delante del trono, y delante de los cuatro vivientes y de los ancianos; y nadie podía aprender aquel cántico sino los ciento cuarenta y cuatro mil, los rescatados de la tierra. And they were singing what seemed like a new canticle before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. And no one was able to recite the canticle, except those one hundred and forty-four thousand, who were redeemed from the earth.4Estos son los que no se contaminaron con mujeres, porque son vírgenes. Estos son los que siguen al Cordero doquiera vaya. Estos fueron rescatados de entre los hombres, como primicias, para Dios y para el Cordero. These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are Virgins. These follow the Lamb wherever he will go. These were redeemed from men as the first-fruits for God and for the Lamb.5Y en su boca no se halló mentira, son inmaculados. And in their mouth, no lie was found, for they are without flaw before the throne of God.6Y vi a otro ángel volando por medio del cielo, que tenía que anunciar un Evangelio eterno para evangelizar a los que tienen asiento en la tierra: a toda nación y tribu y lengua y pueblo. And I saw another Angel, flying through the midst of heaven, holding the eternal Gospel, so as to evangelize those sitting upon the earth and those of every nation and tribe and language and people,7Y decía a gran voz: “Temed a Dios y dadle gloria a Él, porque ha llegado la hora de su juicio; adorad al que hizo el cielo y la tierra, el mar y las fuentes de las aguas”. saying with a loud voice: “Fear the Lord, and give honor to him, for the hour of his judgment has arrived. And worship him who made heaven and earth, the sea and the sources of water.”8Siguiole un segundo ángel que decía: “Ha caído, ha caído Babilonia, la grande; la cual abrevó a todas las naciones con el vino de su enardecida fornicación”. And another Angel followed, saying: “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, who inebriated all nations with the wine of her wrath and of fornication.”9Y un tercer ángel los siguió diciendo a gran voz: “Si alguno adora a la bestia y a su estatua y recibe su marca en la frente o en la mano, And the third Angel followed them, saying with a great voice: “If anyone has worshiped the beast, or his image, or has received his character on his forehead or on his hand,10él también beberá del vino del furor de Dios, vino puro, mezclado en el cáliz de su ira; y será atormentado con fuego y azufre, en la presencia de los santos ángeles y ante el Cordero. he shall drink also from the wine of the wrath of God, which has been mixed with strong wine in the cup of his wrath, and he shall be tortured with fire and sulphur in the sight of the holy Angels and before the sight of the Lamb.11Y el humo de su suplicio sube por siglos de siglos; y no tienen descanso día ni noche los que adoran a la bestia y a su estatua y cuantos aceptan la marca de su nombre”. And the smoke of their torments shall ascend forever and ever. And they shall have no rest, day or night, those who have worshiped the beast or his image, or who have received the character of his name.”12En esto está la paciencia de los santos, los que guardan los mandamientos de Dios y la fe de Jesús. Here is the patient endurance of the Saints, those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.13Y oí una voz del cielo que decía: “Escribe: ¡Bienaventurados desde ahora los muertos que mueren en el Señor! Sí, dice el Espíritu, que descansen de sus trabajos, pues sus obras siguen con ellos”. And I heard a voice from heaven, saying to me: “Write: Blessed are the dead, who die in the Lord, now and hereafter, says the Spirit, so that they may find rest from their labors. For their works follow them.”14Y miré y había una nube blanca y sobre la nube uno sentado, semejante a hijo de hombre, que tenía en su cabeza una corona de oro y en su mano una hoz afilada. And I saw, and behold, a white cloud. And upon the cloud was one sitting, resembling a son of man, having a crown of gold on his head, and a sharp sickle in his hand.15Y salió del templo otro ángel, gritando con poderosa voz al que estaba sentado sobre la nube: “Echa tu hoz y siega, porque ha llegado la hora de segar, pues la mies de la tierra está completamente seca”. And another Angel went forth from the temple, crying out in a great voice to the one sitting upon the cloud: “Send out your sickle and reap! For the hour of reaping has arrived, because the harvest of the earth has ripened.”16Entonces el que estaba sentado sobre la nube lanzó su hoz sobre la tierra y la tierra fue segada. And the one who was sitting upon the cloud sent out his sickle to the earth, and the earth was reaped.17Y salió otro ángel del santuario celestial teniendo también una hoz afilada. And another Angel went forth from the temple that is in heaven; he also had a sharp sickle.18Y del altar salió otro ángel, el que tiene poder sobre el fuego, y llamó a gran voz al que tenía la hoz afilada, diciendo: “Echa tu hoz afilada y vendimia los racimos de la vida de la tierra, porque sus uvas están maduras”. And another Angel went forth from the altar, who held power over fire. And he cried out in a great voice to him who held the sharp sickle, saying: “Send out your sharp sickle, and harvest the clusters of grapes from the vineyard of the earth, because its grapes have matured.”19Y arrojó el ángel su hoz sobre la tierra, y vendimió la viña de la tierra, y echó (la vendimia) en el lagar grande de la ira de Dios. And the Angel sent out his sharp sickle to the earth, and he harvested the vineyard of the earth, and he cast it into the great basin of the wrath of God.20El lagar fue pisado fuera de la ciudad, y del lagar salió sangre que llegó hasta los frenos de los caballos, por espacio de mil seiscientos estadios. And the basin was trodden beyond the city, and blood went forth from the basin, even as high as the harnesses of horses, out to one thousand six hundred stadia.
