Apocalipsis 22
1Y me mostró un río de agua de vida, claro como cristal, que sale del trono de Dios y del Cordero. And he showed me the river of the water of life, shining like crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.2En medio de su plaza, y a ambos lados del río hay árboles de vida, que dan doce cosechas, produciendo su fruto cada mes; y las hojas de los árboles sirven para sanidad de las naciones. In the midst of its main street, and on both sides of the river, was the Tree of Life, bearing twelve fruits, offering one fruit for each month, and the leaves of the tree are for the health of the nations.3Ya no habrá maldición ninguna. El trono de Dios y del Cordero estará en ella, y sus siervos lo adorarán, And every curse shall be no more. But the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants shall serve him.4y verán su rostro: y el Nombre de Él estará en sus frentes. And they shall see his face. And his name shall be on their foreheads.5Y no habrá más noche; ni necesitan luz de lámpara, ni luz de sol, porque el Señor Dios lucirá sobre ellos, y reinarán por los siglos de los siglos. And night shall be no more. And they will not need the light of a lamp, nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illuminate them. And they shall reign forever and ever.6Y me dijo: “Estas palabras son seguras y fieles; y el Señor, el Dios de los espíritus de los profetas, ha enviado su ángel para mostrar a sus siervos las cosas que han de verificarse en breve. And he said to me: “These words are entirely faithful and true.” And the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his Angel to reveal to his servant what must occur soon:7Y mirad que vengo pronto. Bienaventurado el que guarda las palabras de la profecía de este libro”. “For behold, I am approaching quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”8Yo, Juan, soy el que he oído y visto estas cosas. Y cuando las oí y vi, me postré ante los pies del ángel que me las mostraba, para adorarlo. And I, John, heard and saw these things. And, after I had heard and seen, I fell down, so as to adore before the feet of the Angel, who was revealing these things to me.9Mas él me dijo: “Guárdate de hacerlo, porque yo soy consiervo tuyo y de tus hermanos los profetas, y de los que guardan las palabras de este libro. A Dios adora”. And he said to me: “Be careful not to do so. For I am your fellow servant, and I am among your brothers the prophets, and among those who keep the words of the prophecy of this book. Adore God.”10Y díjome: “No selles las palabras de la profecía de este libro, pues el tiempo está cerca. And he said to me: “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book. For the time is near.11El inicuo siga en su iniquidad, y el sucio ensúciese más; el justo obre más justicia, y el santo santifíquese más. Whoever does harm, he might still do harm. And whoever is filthy, he might still be filthy. And whoever is just, he may still be just. And one who is holy, he may still be holy.”12He aquí que vengo presto, y mi galardón viene conmigo para recompensar a cada uno según su obra. “Behold, I am approaching quickly! And my repayment is with me, to render to each one according to his works.13Yo soy el Alfa y la Omega, el primero y el último, el principio y el fin. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.”14Dichosos los que lavan sus vestiduras para tener derecho al árbol de la vida y a entrar en la ciudad por las puertas. Blessed are those who wash their robes in the blood of the Lamb. So may they have a right to the tree of life; so may they enter through the gates into the City.15¡Fuera los perros, los hechiceros, los fornicarios, los homicidas, los idólatras y todo el que ama y obra mentira! Outside are dogs, and drug users, and homosexuals, and murderers, and those who serve idols, and all who love and do what is false.16Yo Jesús envié a mi ángel a daros testimonio de estas cosas sobre las Iglesias. Yo soy la raíz y el linaje de David, la estrella esplendorosa y matutina”. “I, Jesus, have sent my Angel, to testify to these things for you among the Churches. I am the Root and the Origin of David, the bright morning Star.”17Y el Espíritu y la novia dicen: “Ven”. Diga también quien escucha: “Ven”. Y el que tenga sed venga; y el que quiera, tome gratis del agua de la vida. And the Spirit and the Bride say: “Draw near.” And whoever hears, let him say: “Draw near.” And whoever thirsts, let him draw near. And whoever is willing, let him accept the water of life, freely.18Yo advierto a todo el que oye las palabras de la profecía de este libro: Si alguien añade a estas cosas, le añadirá Dios las plagas escritas en este libro; For I call as witnesses all listeners of the words of the prophecy of this book. If anyone will have added to these, God will add upon him the afflictions written in this book.19y si alguien quita de las palabras del libro de esta profecía, le quitará Dios su parte del árbol de la vida y de la ciudad santa, que están descritos en este libro. And if anyone will have taken away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his portion from the Book of Life, and from the Holy City, and from these things which have been written in this book.20El que da testimonio de esto dice: “Sí, vengo pronto”. ¡Así sea: ven, Señor Jesús! He who offers testimony to these things, says: “Even now, I am approaching quickly.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.21La gracia del Señor Jesús sea con todos los santos. Amén. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
