Can you visit it today?
A small Franciscan shrine of the late nineteenth century in the village of et-Tur, over Crusader remains. It keeps a cube of stone painted in the twelfth century with scenes of the entry into Jerusalem, which tradition ties to the mounting of the donkey. The Palm Sunday procession to the Old City sets out from here.
