Gálatas 6
1Hermanos, Si alguien fuere sorprendido en alguna falta, vosotros que sois espirituales enderezad al tal con espíritu de mansedumbre, mirándote a ti mismo, no sea que tú también seas tentado. And, brothers, if a man has been overtaken by any offense, you who are spiritual should instruct someone like this with a spirit of leniency, considering that you yourselves might also be tempted.2Sobrellevad los unos las cargas de los otros, y así cumpliréis la Ley de Cristo. Carry one another’s burdens, and so shall you fulfill the law of Christ.3Pues si alguien piensa que es algo, él mismo se engaña en su mente, siendo como es nada. For if anyone considers himself to be something, though he may be nothing, he deceives himself.4Mas pruebe cada cual su propia obra, entonces el motivo que tenga para gloriarse lo tendrá para sí mismo solamente, y no delante de otro. So let each one prove his own work. And in this way, he shall have glory in himself only, and not in another.5Porque cada uno llevará su propia carga. For each one shall carry his own burden.6El que es enseñado en la Palabra, comparta todos los bienes con el que le instruye. And let him who is being taught the Word discuss it with him who is teaching it to him, in every good way.7No os engañéis: Dios no se deja burlar: pues lo que el hombre sembrare, eso cosechará. Do not choose to wander astray. God is not to be ridiculed.8El que siembra en su carne, de la carne cosechará corrupción; mas el que siembra en el Espíritu, del Espíritu cosechará vida eterna. For whatever a man will have sown, that also shall he reap. For whoever sows in his flesh, from the flesh he shall also reap corruption. But whoever sows in the Spirit, from the Spirit he shall reap eternal life.9No nos cansemos, pues, de hacer el bien, porque a su tiempo cosecharemos, si no desmayamos. And so, let us not be deficient in doing good. For in due time, we shall reap without fail.10Por tanto, según tengamos oportunidad, obremos lo bueno para con todos, y mayormente con los hermanos en la fe. Therefore, while we have time, we should do good works toward everyone, and most of all toward those who are of the household of the faith.11Mirad con qué grandes letras os escribo de mi propia mano: Consider what kind of letters I have written to you with my own hand.12Todos los que buscan agradar según la carne, os obligan a circuncidaros, nada más que para no ser ellos perseguidos a causa de la cruz de Cristo. For as many of you as they desire to please in the flesh, they compel to be circumcised, but only so that they might not suffer the persecution of the cross of Christ.13Porque tampoco esos que se circuncidan guardan la Ley, sino que quieren que vosotros os circuncidéis, para gloriarse ellos en vuestra carne. And yet, neither do they themselves, who are circumcised, keep the law. Instead, they want you to be circumcised, so that they may glory in your flesh.14Mas en cuanto a mí, nunca suceda que me gloríe sino en la cruz de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, por quien el mundo para mí ha sido crucificado y yo para el mundo. But far be it from me to glory, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom the world is crucified to me, and I to the world.15Pues lo que vale no es la circuncisión ni la incircuncisión, sino la nueva creatura. For in Christ Jesus, neither circumcision nor uncircumcision prevails in any way, but instead there is a new creature.16A todos cuantos vivan según esta norma, paz y misericordia sobre ellos y sobre el Israel de Dios. And whoever follows this rule: may peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God.17En adelante nadie me importune más, pues las señales de Jesús las llevo yo (hasta) en mi cuerpo. Concerning other matters, let no one trouble me. For I carry the stigmata of the Lord Jesus in my body.18“La gracia de nuestro Señor Jesucristo sea con vuestro espíritu, hermanos. Amén. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers. Amen.
