1Salmo. Cántico. Para el día del sábado. A Canticle Psalm. On the day of the Sabbath.2Bueno es alabar a Yahvé, y cantar a tu Nombre, oh Altísimo; It is good to confess to the Lord and to sing psalms to your name, O Most High:3anunciar al alba tu misericordia y por las noches tu fidelidad; to announce your mercy in the morning, and your truth throughout the night,4con el salterio de diez cuerdas y el laúd, cantando al son de la cítara; upon the ten strings, upon the psaltery, with a canticle, upon stringed instruments.5porque Tú, Yahvé, me deleitas con tus hechos, y me gozo en las obras de tus manos. For you, O Lord, have delighted me with your doings, and I will exult in the works of your hands.6¡Cuan magníficas son tus obras, Yahvé! ¡Cuán profundos tus pensamientos! How great are your works, O Lord! Your thoughts have been made exceedingly deep.7El hombre insensato no lo reconoce, y el necio no entiende esto. A foolish man will not know these things, and a senseless one will not understand:8Aunque broten impíos como hierba, y florezcan todos los artesanos del crimen, destinados están al exterminio para siempre; when sinners will have risen up like grass, and when all those who work iniquity will have appeared, that they shall pass away, age after age.9mientras que Tú, Yahvé, eres eternamente el Altísimo.
